Songfacts®:

  • Truly a Turner-family song, this uplifting gospel number about heaven was penned by Josh Turner's wife, Jennifer, and eldest son, Hampton, back in 2014. The pair also sing on the track along with Turner's three other boys.
  • Josh had heard his family perform this song before, but had never really paid attention to the lyrics.
However, when he was looking for material to include on his I Serve A Savior gospel collection, the singer knew he wanted to include his family, and on listening to this song, he realized it was the perfect choice. "I just let them have their moment so they could shine and so that's what they did," he told Billboard. "I think they'll be proud of it for years to come."
