Songfacts®:

  • In this song, Logan Whitehurst orders a robot cat from Japan. It takes him a while to put together, but when it's complete it not only catches mice, but also cooks, cleans, does car repair and provides stock quotes. Seeing its power, Whitehurst orders a thousand more so he can build a robot cat army and achieve world domination.

Logan wrote the song during a trip to Japan, where he actually found himself purchasing a robotic cat, presumably with fewer features than the one he sings about. >>>
