Songfacts®:

  • Written, produced and mixed by The Subway's singer Billy Lunn, the single was released on June 23, 2014. Its release marked ten years since they won the Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition as an unsigned act, when they were all aged just 17.
  • Billy Lunn told Kerrang! "I wrote this song after my wife and I had an argument and we decided that we would go to a rock club and just dance our troubles away. We have always found that music has solved all our issues."
  • The single artwork was designed by a Hungarian fan, whom the band contacted via Facebook, after she posted some of her striking work on their page.
  • The video was created by Steven Mertens, a director and animator based in Los Angeles. Before starting his career in animation, he toured extensively as a session bass player with such acts as The Moldy Peaches, Adam Green, and Here We Go Magic.
