Sing It Loud

Album: Sing It Loud (2011)

  • A track from the 13th studio album by the Canadian singer k.d. lang, the song is about being proud of who you are and celebrating your own song. Spinner asked Lang if it was written for anyone specifically, and she replied: "That was a song written by Joe Pisapia and I think he told me he wrote it for his niece. I loved the message when I heard it and [thought], 'That could be an anthem for a lot of different people and I really need to give that song a try.'"
