Songfacts®:

  • This is a single by British rapper Tinchy Stryder, from his third studio album, titled Third Strike. Stryder is joined on the song by a session singer called Iyas. Stryder told Digital Spy: "I work with her a lot and in the end I thought she was the best person for the track."
  • Stryder told Digital Spy about the song: "Musically it's got an upbeat, dancey feel to it, but at the same time it's cool and laid-back. I'm talking about how a girl gets in your system. The first line is 'How did you grab my soul like that?' It's about meeting someone and liking them a lot more than you initially thought you would."
  • The Manchurian singer Jodie Connor, who is best known for her guest vocals on Roll Deep's chart-topper "Good Times," appears in the video.
