Songfacts®:

  • Paris Hilton describes "Infinity" as a love song to her husband, Carter Reum, whom she married in 2021. She described the song to People as "just feeling like I have a home and feeling so confident where I have someone who lifts me up."
  • The title, "Infinity," plays into the name of the album, Infinite Icon. Paris Hilton was a huge celebrity from about 2003-2010, most visible on her reality series The Simple Life. She released an album called Paris in 2006; the lead single, "Stars Are Blind," put her on the musical map, charting around the world. Hilton was relatively quiet in the 2010s but took on more projects when the pandemic ended. In 2022, she was part of Miley Cyrus' annual New Year's Eve special, where Sia convinced her to make another album. Sia served as executive producer on Infinite Icon, released 18 years after her debut.
  • The song was written by Meghan Trainor and her brother, Justin Trainor. Meghan also wrote the Infinite Icon song "Chasin'," on which she features.
